Leadership Team
Anthony Garter - President
Anthony Garter has been in the Building Automation & Controls industry for 18 years in Southern Virginia. He has held many roles during his career, including Electrical Installer, Field Technician, Project Manager, and most recently, Systems Team Leader for Johnson Controls in the Richmond & Charlottesville, VA markets. He specializes in healthcare, critical facility, and large campus systems.
Anthony enjoys teaching, training, and a good challenge. He and his wife, Caiti, live in Prince George, VA with their three children. They are involved with local sports in the community as well as serving at Remnant Church in Richmond, VA.

Greg Laughlin - CFO
Greg Laughlin has been in the Security and Controls industry for 17 years. He has been involved in every aspect of project completion, from on-the-job installation to sales to executive decision making.
He was born and raised in Central Virginia and has raised his five children with his wife Adrienne there for the past 15 years. He loves Jesus and, to a much lesser degree (especially lately), the Virginia Tech Hokies. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Tom Laughlin University of Old School Business Practices where the customer gets great work for a fair price.
Justin Bragg - CEO
Justin Bragg has over twenty-four years of knowledge and experience in the Electronic and Physical Security and Automation industry. He has been involved in every aspect of security and automation projects, including, but not limited to, project evaluation, development, planning, implementing, integrating, servicing and supporting. Justin strives to provide the highest level of commitment, transparency, and integrity in everything he does.
Justin was born and grew up in the eastern region of Virginia, where he and his wife now raise their 4 children. He is very active in his church and the community, where he proudly serves as a baseball coach for New Kent High School, and volunteers as a coach for a youth baseball league and for the Latisha’s House Foundation.
